About this piece
A masterwork by early Memphis practitioner Aldo Cibic, from the last collection of the original group in 1987.
Part of a larger ensemble of furniture works ("Andy" side table; "Sandy" bookshelf), it was part of his effort to eschew "decoration" and embrace a colorful minimalism -- the pursuit of "rethinking happiness".
Aldo Cibic, 1987. Made by Memphis Milano.
