About this piece
Sleek, happy-looking glass & lacquered steel rolling bar & serving cart by the most iconic Spanish designer of the 1980's Javier Mariscal!! He designed Cobi, the mascot of the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. His nightclubs, hotels, restaurants & other furniture objects always possessed a great sense of verve & wit - this HILTON cart looks as though it could get a ticket for speeding even while it is standing still!
Javier Mariscal, 1981. Trolley in painted metal with tempered glass tops. Made by Memphis Milano.
