About this piece
Eileen Gray's side chair can be seen in photographs of Tempe à Pailla, her own house at Castellar in the south of France, where she used it on the terrace: very simple in form, complex in construction.
Made to order in the Urban Architecture Masterworks Collection. Chrome-plated tubular steel, seat and back in hide.
